Taoism was founded by Zhang Ling, also known as Zhang Daoling. Later generations will call Zhang Daoling the "Tianshi" or "Ancestor Tianshi." According to the report, in the first year of the Han'an in the Eastern Han Dynasty (142 AD), the Lao Monarch Taishang came to Heming Mountain in Sichuan and appointed Zhang Daoling to "conquer evil and return to the right, separate people from ghosts", appointed him as a "master of heaven," and gave him a sword and a jade seal. Later world respect calls him "the ancestor of heaven." The Taoist school created by Zhang Daoling was called the "five buckets of rice Tao", later also known as the "zhenyiyi", generally known as the "Tianshi Tao".

Emperor Han Ming worshipped the Bajun Jiangzhou Order (now Chongqing, Sichuan), and soon retired to the Beiman Mountains (now near Luoyang, Henan), practicing the way of forming aspirations and living long life. In the first five years of the founding of the founding, the imperial imperial judiciary was incapable of being able to afford it, and he was re-employed as a Ph.D. Feng Jixian marquis, but the three imperial edicts were not available. Later, he entered Wu and loved the deep beauty of the rivers in the middle of Shu. Zhang Daoling's disciples Wang Chang and Zhao Sheng followed him to learn the old ways of Huang and Lao. One day, the messenger who met embroidered clothes in Songshan Mountain in Beiyue told him: "Zhongfeng Stone Room contains the "Secrets of Three Emperors" and "Yellow Emperor Jiuding Danshu". If you can repair them, you can ascend to heaven!" , Sure enough, I got the Book of Alchemy, and went to Yunjin Mountain (ie Longhu Mountain) to contemplate and practice, and integrate the art of scattering shadows.
